Mrs. John E. Waite of Chillicothe O., who came here a week ago visit her brother, Edward VanWinkle, died at his home 8 Martha street early his morning of consumption. The body will be taken to her home for burial.

The funeral of Mrs. Waite, wife of Attorney J. E. Waite, Chillicothe, Mo., whose death was mentioned in our column yesterday, will occur on tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence of her brother, Edward Van Winkle, Martha Street, Rev, Lewis Brown officiating. The service will begin promptly at this hour, to accommodate friend who are obliged to leave the city on the late afternoon trains . Interment will take place in the family lot at Oakhill.
