Frank was born 29 January 1884 in Apatin Yugoslavia and died 17 June 1947 in Saginaw Michigan. He immigrated from Hungary with his wife, son and two daughters in 1912 and moved to Saginaw Michigan in 1918. He was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
