OBITUARY:
Battle Creek Journal, Wednesday, November 29, 1871
In this city, of Scarlet Fever, on Monday evening, the 27th inst., Hattie Waller, daughter Of S. Н. Waller, aged 6 years.
The deceased was a very bright and amiable child, and most interesting pupil of our public schools as well as of the Reformed Church Sunday school. Her sickness was of but a few days continuance, and her death is to her parents all the more severe, from following so soon after the loss of their boy Willie, whose death by drowning was noticed in the Journal Тhey have the sinceге sympathy of the community in their sorrow.
