Battle Creek Daily Moon, Friday, October 19, 1888
Warren Searle, whose limb was amputated day before yesterday, as related in yesterday's Moon, died at an early hour this morning. Mr. Searle never rallied after the operation, and gradually grew weaker until death relieved him.
