Brought Here For Burial -
Miss Laura Mather, twenty-five years of age, only daughter of A. W. Mather of Aurora, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, October 28, following an illness of several months. The funeral was held yesterday at the home in Aurora and the body was brought here today, where burial, which was private took place in Oak Hill cemetery. The death is of local interest, since Miss Mather's mother will he remembered as Miss Minnie Green, who was born and lived in Battle Creek until her marriage. The death of Mrs. Mather Occurred 80me few years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Mather of Duluth. Minn., brother of A. W. Mather, attended the burial, and will spend a few days at the Sanitarium before returning to their home.
